The

The Military Armistice Commission has held secretary's
meetings, joint duty officer's meetings, and general meetings for
observation of the Armistice Agreement since it was signed.The general
meeting was quitted after a Korean Army General was assigned to the
Chief Representative of UNC's Military Armistice Commission on 25
March 1998.
Instead of the general meeting,
Army General's Meetings have been held. Informal contacts has
been held between the UNC and the North Korean P'anmunjom mission
established in May 1994.
The joint duty officer's meetings has been held by demand of
either side of North or South Korea.
The Military Demarcation Line of Joint Security Area is represented
as the two flags of U.N. and North Korea and the line of microphone
on the table of the conference room.
